Animal Psychology Center and some of our service dogs recently visited Ruthie Kraig’s class at Canyon Lake Elementary School in Rapid City to do a program on service dogs for the children.
The children had the opportunity to learn about disabilities and what service dogs can do for people. After the program we answered their questions and let the students pet and play with the dogs.
We have been providing these free educational sessions for students and other groups in Philip, Rapid City and surrounding areas in South Dakota for several years.
